No mate - heard lots of good things from people on the rave/party scene who went before it got the license. One of the few Manchester breaks nights, only other I can think of is 'Carry On'.

yeah, probably right. the venue has closed now, somebody was saying it was because of licencing problems?

yeh mode worcs. my mates were the ones mc'ing all eve. thinking back i remeber some dubstep and grime tracks../. love that shit.. didnt even know who subfocus was before i went but could tell he was someone when i saw him. good dj maaaaaan. nice guy!

Doing my night this sunday at a new cool bar in coventry, just had an 800k refurb should be good. Would be good to see some fukers down for some support. Im warming up for Mr.C

It hasnt closed - that night was on Saturday Puzzled license wise I think the Chapel are limited to 8 events a year or thereabouts. Was a bit empty unfortunately and toilet facilities are outside portaloos. Would be really good atmosphere if it was rammed though. Promoter is a friend of a friend and he was saying its weird because a) students are back and b) its the biggest lineup they have put on yet. STill stayed until well past 6 mind.

Agree on Cielo, wicked place..

On another house tip - Shelter 150 Varick Street - pretty underground and you get some right characters in there.. But, its worth going just to see the dancers..

Anyone know of any big acts that are on near the alps region? Just i'm here for the year and missed Felix Da Housecat last weekend and want to know if anyone else big is on!
