———————————————————————————-

Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg).

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

I have the same problem really, 30" inside leg. Just about to cop some unbranded and going to have to send them straight off to DD

chain-stitching is fetishised far too much on here imo

worth doing if you happen to be close to somewhere that has a Union Special but can't believe people are paying nearly £50 after postage both ways sending their jeans off to DD and SoS to get it done when you can get equally good roping effect with regular lock stitch hem

Surely the vast majority of dry cleaners will completely fuck up a pair of selvedge jeans? Not fussed on chainstitching to be honest, just seen some horror stories on here.

Iron Heart did a great job with mine, chain stitched, did them on the day they received them and returned same day with next day delivery! I sent them Monday received back Wednesday.

what's going wrong with them? Just curious as it's hard to see what could go so badly?

Are they 34s by any chance? Mate returned what looks like the exact two pairs above.

My pair from Superdenim are fine, QC must just be off by a mile.

looks like my new standards (barely six months old) are on the verge of holing down by the zipper, and I was wondering if there was any general advice, i.e. from I should be taking them back to how to get 'em fixed? Thanks

They stretch loads in the waist though. If you go down one, they'll be proper skinny on the thigh down unless you're a total rake

On that note, I'm in the market for some new black denim to replace my pair from Cos. Want slim, but not skinny. Anything decent sub £100 before I go with Rogue Territoy?
