I've got some of the 3 year wash.
Most places have down 2 = 30", 3 = 32", I reckon 2 is a true 32 and 3 is a 33-34.
I wear a 32 in most stuff (levis, uniqlo) and a 2 is great, but they are a bit cropped compared to most other denim I've bought recently(35"+ legs), I think these are about a 31" leg.
Fit is pretty 60s: mid rise with a bit of a taper but mostly straight down from the middle of your shin to the hem.
Construction is top notch, denim is comfy (hairy, little bit of irregularity)
I owned APC PS a few years back now and bought them as tight as I could so can't really compare but definitely a higher rise and a far less aggressive taper.

I just got something like this done at Atelier & Repairs along with a crotch repair. Was expensive, but they did a great job.
Thanks man, will have a look.

Got a pair of those Orslow 107's used off ebay size 3. Nice fit on them but my thunder thighs have killed me again with raw denim. Better all over fit than APC PS although not too dissimilar, anyone interested in these? I paid 80 willing to sell for 70..

Picked up some UES400T on recommendation from spitfiredealer. Thanks.
Great raw denim for those of larger thigh.

My PNS have got too tight, a bit in the thighs but especially in the calves region. Waist still is pretty loose at 30. Fit might just not be for me.
What's the next logical step up? New Standard? Low Standard?

Alright I just tried on a pair of Levi malone jeans and carhartt skinny jeans and although they fit quite nice on the leg they did not fit well around the back.
This leads me to my next question - can you recommend me some skinny jeans that fit blokes with no booty?

APC Petit Standard are pretty common slim jeans, that most on here have had before.

I got some RRL from eBay (think it was someone off here). They were ok but seemed boot cut… resold on eBay then bought a £330 pair from the RL website in the sale. Really like their jeans, slim fit and ideal for people in their 30s who don't and can't wear skinny jeans anymore. Think LVC but better or PRPS noir style thickness without the OTT distressing.

Are there any other Jap brands that are similar in quality to Vis, Nonnative, but not as expensive? Come across RagsMcGregor and MineDenim, the latter is on a par with Vis in terms of prices.
