Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg).

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

Cheers both.. just a crotch repair, loose stitching on leg, rips on turn ups. Not much info on site but assume I can pop in at anytime?

If you cont mind, you find out how much a crotch repair is when you go.

Been using son of stag, due to it being closer to work. But the repair seems lumpy, £35

Took some pictures of some of the worn in jeans I’ve gone through over the last 10 or so years.

Left pair - APC New cure - 2 years
Right pair - APC NS - purchased these already broken in

Both Iron heart 21 oz
Left pair currently wearing these, at about 14 months.
Right pair - 2 and a half years.

Left pair - samurai - 18 months
Right pair - Edwin - 12 months

I’m pretty active during the week. Do around 10-15k steps a day, am on my feet pretty much all day. Don’t wash them for as long as possible and only ever soak them with Dylon when I do.

Samurai are 710bk and iron hearts are IH-634S. Both have been slightly tapered from the inseam.

Class mate. All my fades are very gentle. I work in an office so only wear denim in the evening and at weekends

Can anyone recommend some solid black slim fit jeans that don’t flare/bulge out round the ankles?

just got some acne max slim fit ones from end and they are 90% perfect, just need an inch taking off and tapering in a bit but I’m sick of spending £150 or so on jeans and having to spend more money and time getting them altered.

Yeah had COS before, probably best fit I’ve had off the peg but find the rise a bit off.

Superdenim have some Orslow 107s in black on sale. It is my go to fit for what you have described.

Looking at buying some Momotaro jeans but not sure on sizing. My waist is around a true 34 and I usually wear a 32 in most other raws, 31 in APC.

They seem to fit pretty much true and I’m torn between a 33 or 34. The pair I’m looking at are saniforised ( these: https://www.cultizm.com/gbr/denim/jeans/14800/momotaro-jeans-0306-82sp-texture-denim-gtb-16oz?number= )so I’m not expecting much shrinkage.

Anyone got any advice?

John Elliott Cast 2 Carbon. They will be in the sales where they are stocked. They are the best fitting jeans you can buy without having to alter.

These have a 34" Inseam right LFC? I'm a short-ass need a 30/31 Inseam, no decent Jap made denim come in these sizes, apart from Edwin and not really keen on them.

Acne do a 30" Inseam on all of their cuts.
