Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg).

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

timmbo is there a small crease in the back pocket where it's machined on the jeans, that might cause the problem.

boycotting the apc denim thread because it's a piece of shit idea (no beef sj99 you silly little cunt), but i've noticed a vertical crease/fold keeps appearing in the same spot on one of the legs of my new standards, runs right from the hem up to the back pocket. have tried ironing it out, but it just keeps re-appearing. bit of a pain, as i don't want a vertical fade. anyone got a clue what's causing this? i rarely pinroll my jeans, so don't think it can be that.

don't think so mate, it runs about a 1cm wide of the lower seam of the back pocket (more in line with the outermost edge of the opening of the backpocket).

odd, taking a wild guess but it might be a fault in the weave of the denim.

Do you hang them up or leave them on the floor when you take them off?

Did it come about after washing them?

I'm almost sure I've heard the same problem happening before, other people have described it as a bulge at the side of the leg. Pics might help.

If they're particularly dirty the denim can be weakened by the oils etc.

For anyone that's interested, Tokyo Fixed have the Levi's Commuter 511s in stock now. I think a wider rollout is planned for 19th. Gonna have a look at em before deciding whether to cop, turned out to be more expensive that anticipated…£85.. they're like $75 over the pond..

This, still great jeans, but APC changed where their denim was made a little while back, can't remember where to, but somewhere more shitty.
