I grew up watching football Italia was the highlight of my week, sunday league then the game, i think at one point i used to know more about Italian football then English. Milan was my team (Yes glory) and although i don't follow it as much nowadays i always look out for there result. Its really bad how poor Milan are these days some of the players are never good enough. It sums up Italian football in general really, falling attendances etc

italian football of that era was staggeringly good and yes, I am a Milan fan too. why wouldn't you be. those teams of the late 80's and early 90's were joyously brilliant .

Ronaldo sent off again. Elbowed a player in the face. Still bagged 2 goals though before.

1008 GMT: Valencia forward David Villa has given the clearest indication yet that he is prepared to move to the Premier League. Manchester United and Liverpool have both been linked to the Spain striker. (Spanish Newspaper AS)
"I like the Premier League a lot. There are a lot of very important teams in England, who play very good football," said Villa.
"It's the league I follow the most, along with La Liga - and I've got a lot of friends playing there."
