not smelt, but I assume there are similarities given the ambroxan? same price as BR540 (which is expensive really)

Yeah similarities but different vibe as the Tygar is a citrus and not too sweet. Well worth a try if you get chance.

LFC, how long does it usually take to get accepted into that Fragheads group? Had my request to join stay as pending for about a week now

Mine was pretty much straight away I think or at most couple of days. They are in the middle of changing admins I think which might make a difference. Might be worth trying again as that seems pretty long though.

Favourite orange/mandarin ones?

Really like Tom Ford’s Mandarino Di Amalfi, smelled Prada’s infusions one today and started off nice but died down to a soapy clean smell (nice enough in its own right).

Yeah mandarino does it’s job well.

Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine is another nice citrus.

Also like the mandarin note in Costa Azzurra but that’s not a total citrus fragrance.

Acqua di Parma Arancia di Capri also a good citrus, and I also like Mandorlo di Sicilia from same line.

Atelier clementine California is a nice citrus fragrance, maybe a bit summery now though.

For the Atelier Colgone stuff, what kind of strength is 'cologne absolue'?

It’s a bit confusing them using that name (as in Atelier Cologne), because they say Cologne Absolue is 15%. I have Pacific Lime from them and it says 15% concentration and it lasts really well so I’d say it’s the truth.

Where as a normal cologne strength would be more like this:

Got the Eden version of Virgin Island Water today, pretty decent reproduction. Starts off with a stronger lime smell but gets creamier/more coconut quite quickly
