What's the useable shelf life of each? Don't they go after a couple of years? Great collection though.

Took a punt on CDG Series 4 Anbar as a summer smell and it's turned out to be Top 5 worthy.

I knew it would be citrusy because to be honest it smelt a bit bathroom cleaner-ish on test paper, but I'm wearing it for the first time today and it's similar to Acqua Di Parma but…better…No disrespect to a classic but I find ADP a bit sickly, this is perfect.

My top 5 are all CDG now - Arteks been my winter smell for a couple of years, then Vettiveru, Kyoto and Jaisalmer, and now Anbar for when it heats up in Summer (hopefully).

I like the lime when it dies down, rhubarb is quite nice but a bit girly. Do you actually get much use out of them? I quite like the idea of a more fun scent like that.

Limes next on my list as, like you said, turns out to be really nice after a while. Have you tried Lemon?

Will give that a look, cheers for the tip.

PS. Noble, smelling like I'm outside drinking a refreshing, lime infused Corona is also a rather nice thing when I'm usually sat at a desk, indoors, until the sun goes down!

Penhaligons is also worth checking out (can get them on the Bay about half price) - just copped this and Opus 1870.
