Was just going to ask about this, I watched the first on the other day but thought it was shit, just wondered if it was worth sticking with. It has a couple of people out of Mr Inbetween in it, I kind of got the feeling they where trying to do Mr Inbetween meets Fargo.
Just finished the finale.
I agree I got a little bored of the back and forth mud slinging plot in the middle but from 'Too Much Birthday' onwards it really picked up. The episode with Adrien Brody was great too to show that the pettiness of it all with the walk back to the house.
Watched half of season 1 months ago and got distracted and stopped. Decided to give it another and really glad I did. Shame I had to biglnge both the previous season finales as they were phenomenal.
Wife and I were on the clock though to finish it as it comes off of NowTv in 2 days I think.

The Apple Originals are all pretty slick as you imagine from them.
The Morning Show, Defending Jacob are good watches like Rural said.
Beastie Boys Movie is good if you are a fan. Swan Song recent film release also deffo worth a watch.
I'd highly recommend '1971' one of the best music docs of last year. 8 Episodes focused on the music of that year and the social commentary of the times. Anti-War, civil rights, feminism, drugs, sexuality. Very well documented, excellent footage and some fucking superb music. Really reminds you how many classics were released that year.
Also Todd Haynes recent film on The Velvet Underground.
Something like Succession you will have to pay for so stick to the AppleTV Originals.
That should fill your boots.
