so I finished this is england 86 in preparation for 88, and also started and caught up with Misfits. I want to smash kelly up so hard.

whats some other well produced/directed uk shows? whats tool academy, desperate scousewives and a show with Chelsea in it?

Forget the last three.

You want some comedy? Try Peep Show (dry but hilarious also shows what London is like for 99% of people) or Inbetweeners (American Pie style humour but better. What every lad on here was like aged 16 as well near enough)

thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I'm gonna check out all of them. I thought the red riding trilogies were movies? but Yea America has almost no proper british representation besides "are you being served" and detective shows on PBS, and Our BBC only has like the most popular british shows like doctor who and merlin

guess Thats why we say the stereotypical things I'm sure you all heard from yanks all the time

US TV looks shiny and over saturated to us. Was the subject of a sketch on 'The Fast show' I think.

Also as they are on Pirate Bay, check Adam Curtis docs. The Trap etc. Really good…

watson one was sick as well, but not as good cos it was a bit too sad cos he was a decent bloke, mcelennan wasnt. know what i mean?
Agree with this.

The documentary made me lose a lot of respect for McClellan to be honest. Have very little sympathy for him.

As much as I now hate Charlie brooker, didn't he openly slag off and write a bad review if his last c4 3part series?
