I've trained mma (and still spar a few times a month) and thai in the past. Going to re-start a bit of Muay Thai in June. Missing a little bit of standup

I have been doing muay thai for a year or so, off to thailand in the summer to train and maybe fight. The gym im going to has some mma training as well so might get into it as only done a bit of bjj, but no wrestling. Supposedly jon fitch and a few other UFC chaps occasionally train at the same gym, would awesome to see how the pros do it.

Got four years of Sport Karate under my belt (pretty much just kick-boxing with some of the formalities of karate) and half a year of Krav-Tardemet (French deviant of Krav Maga).

How much do people pay for classes? I have been boxing a few times at the London Fight Factory on Hanbury Street and it's £15 for an hour if you just pay on the night which I reckon is a lot. They do loads of other stuff there too

think ours is £10 a session (1hour) but can pay monthly/quarterly etc to make it cheaper
I pay £76 a month and go 2/3 times a week though 1 of these is a general circuit style workout

LFF is a good gym. BJJ is the base, bunh of good blackbelts and instructors around Monstro. One of my mates trains there. Also do a lot of muay thai and mma. Worth signing up for the rest!

You have to subscribe to Setanta its not a PPV.

The card is decent enough, main event could be quite good, and the build up for Hughes Vs Serra has been going on for years.

I would say Sean Sherk Vs Edgar could be the fight of the night.

No idea about the setanta deal will be gutted if true, highly doubt it though as the recent letters I have recieved to resubscribe all say they have UFC
