Yes really dickhead. In most USA states the athletic commission drug tests, the promotion has the option to run their own tests but its not mandatory. Strikeforce "heavy artillery" had random drug testing done by the Missouri Office of Athletics, but they also chose to test all the main card fighters themselves. So Overeem will have been tested.
Are you on your period? I wasnt talking about this weekends Strikeforce, we can all read mmajunkie to see that drugs testing was done this week 
vip asked dont strikeforce test, they havent always (amazingly once when Overeem was on the card, shock horror) they also used to only submit 50% of the card for drugs testing. Also note not all states require drugs testing.

Oh right when he asked if strikeforce drug tested, and the answer is yes. He didnt ask if strikeforce tested once upon a time in the olden days.
