No way. Goldberg and Rogan are class together, have you heard some of the commentry on Strikeforce
He builds up fights but thats what every commentator should do, dont agree that he calls every fight the biggest in ufc history, never heard that before, last night he said biggest "grudge" match in UFC history and it probably was (Maybe alongside Ken and Tito 1)

I wasn't imagining it
:
"Quintin Rampage Jackson vs Sugar Rashad Evans, the Biggest matchup in UFC History"
"Moments away from the biggest fight in UFC history, coming up next"
"We are set for the biggest fight, most highly anticipated matchup in UFC history"
Perhaps it's just me but it's just a little annoying after a while. Rogan is class though, he knows a lot about the sport. Just think Goldberg is more suited to WWE than a serious sport.
Time they ditched goldberg. Every event he calls the biggest fight in UFC history. I admire his enthusiasm but it gets a point where enough is enough.
