jay z secretly owns a piece of 'Armand De Brignac' aka 'Ace of Spades'..


he'd never confirm it. as most know he stopped name checking cristal after the boss of LVMH said he didn't appreciate the hip hop scene mentioning it.. armand de brignac is apparently an old champagne (which proper champagne 'connoisseurs' dont even rate that highly) which was completely taken off the market and rebranded ready to be promoted casually by jay z.. it went straight into the clubs rather than being on the shelves for ages.. the mark up on that receipt there is ridiculous as it costs hardly anything to make.

Nothing secret about it, in that bbc doco the opening scene he talks about it.

Plus everyone saying he owns 1/15th of 1%… Im sure he could buy the whole thing if he wanted.

Jay Z is worth $460m and the initial buyout of the Nets cost $300m, so although he 'could have' bought the whole thing, he'd be very stupid to chuck two thirds of his worth at a project like that. Him balling around like they're his team when he owns so little is embarrassing.
