Took me 3 years to track one down and then it virtually fell into my lap whilst searching again just last week, paid a premium for my size but its as new, barely worn.
@ Beedub, p2p is about 22", roomy in the shoulders luckily so it fits me well.

Sorry to post again but just got home & tried it on again properly, took it off and found that on a hard floor it does actually stand up on its own its so stiff. Bizarre.

ok so don't expect any help from conceptshop with faulty goods.
Emailed them again for any advice on situation. reply was 'no sorry'! Will be the last time I use them considering the situation.
I haven't posted the item yet, waiting to see whether Visvim come back of the info@visvim.tv email, although I've had to resend as they've had one for 2 days without any reply so far.

ok, maybe not 100%. I have to pay for repairs and shipping as concept is not an authorized dealer. I'm trying to clear whether this is the case for the majority of my wardrobe as it's all purchased, with exception to a couple of items, from proxy's who buy it direct from FIL!
a little disappointing as the item is only 6 months old!
+ basically avoid buying at concept - they couldn't give a shit once you've bought from them!

Makes you wonder how something like that even gets passed by quality control. 6 months and dying, what sort of materials are we talking here?

From what I can tell the sponge padding is ever slightly shorter than the other strap and therefore a larger gap at the top where the nylon is backed on to the cord and another thinner strip inside. This could have cause a bit more stress on the part of the strap and the side stitching hasn’t held, making the sponge rip the cord and pop out. The cord has also perished where it meets the stitching at the top. The whole thing feels like it could just snap at any point.
Pissed at Concept, they don’t seem interested in the slightest. They seemed to have blocked my email address as I’ve just tried to feedback my disappointment in their service, bouncing back all my emails now. If so utter c*nts.
Disappointed I have to pay as this is only 6 months old and I have receipts, box, tags, clearly authentic item and faulty, regardless of how the item reached me. This also means that most stuff we pple buy in the west via proxy/resellers, then if it’s faulty you’ll have to pay. I’m still trying to weigh up whether to pay as it may not be that much more to just buy another bloody bag!

That's some shit customer service, especially considering it's high end products. Shocking.
