Brigadier boots look very ordinary and even a bit wank IMO. The heel detail is more Mark McNairy than Visvim.

Depends on season, earlier ones came up big, the more recent ones you can afford to go TTS IMHO.

My FW '08 one came up small so sized up to medium from small. While my natural dye one from FW '13 fits TTS, and thus purchased a size 1 (small) in that.

Might do. I'm between an 8.5 and 9 in fbts and I went for a 9. Width wise they're perfect, length wise a bit long.
