I can understand caution as I imagine it wasn't cheap but I can't see how a fake could get everything else right but make a typo, far more likely to be a mistake by Visvim.

I'll try and search about it later but I think people have posted about errors on labels etc on things that are 100% real.

Id say it's far more likely to be a mistake on the manufacturer punting out copy after copy (of many different items and brands) than the real one who is only making a specific few.

It's even got the same item number as mine and it's a different jacket,

Edit: My bad actually different item number

Almost the same but not exactly.

Thanks for that mate, I really appreciate it. I have done the same comparisons against the 101 IT labels as I also own one, which as you say have the word leather spelt correctly. Bizarre

Only other thing I'd say is the label is not flush, just checked my other Vis jackets and every single label is completely flush with the seam (see pic). Plus the small label is consistent on mine and seems to be different in your pic.

Might be wrong though as can't say Ive studied the labels Laughing out loud

You covered by paypal/CC?

Now you mention it the label not being flush makes me think it’s 100% a snide so thanks mate.

Yeah I’m fully covered by PayPal and my credit card so not to bothered. But it’s very strange. Would never feel comfortable wearing something that could be fake. Thanks again, appreciate the feedback.

May be worth trying the Vis stores in the US? Could be easier to get a response from them. Where did you get it from originally?

Anyone fancy a pair of half price High Water Chinos in black? Size 5.

Just looking for what I paid, which was £200, + postage. Otherwise I will return them.

Edit: Sent them back

I take a uk9 in virgils and a uk8.5 in grizzly. Fit big at least 1/2 size down.

Damn. Slept on a pair of 11s. I am a 12 normally in vis and wasn't sure to risk it. Seeing as vis don't do half sizes, do you just go for the size down or wear thicker socks etc.

They do do half sizes (Unless you mean specifically in Griz?). But as Lee says you could most probably get away with a full size down on Grizzlies

Sorry to add to the confusion but I went a half size down on my Grizzlies but should have gone tts. They fit but my toes were right at the end. Sold them on here a while back having never worn them. I'd say tts.

And I’ve just sold them on again. Smiling

I think grizzlys look like they are going to be bigger than they actually are. I wore the same size as virgils

Muddying the water… i think the older models fit big but I think some folks have said the newer ones fit narrower?

I have some from 2012 and 2013 and in those you could defintely go down 1/2 to perhaps 1 if you have narrow feet.

I actually find my 73 folk to be even wider around the toe box than my grizz
