How old are you - my age?

No - I just like nice watches.

I honestly don't believe anyone buys a Rolex because they realy believe it looks good (except perhaps the kind of people who think a huge multicolour Jacobs & Co watch looks good too) it's all about bragging rights.

I wanted a Rolex Explorer II since I was 18 - much much older than that now and finally nailed one last year. I think the Explorer and Daytona look great. Though agree some such as the Datejust do look pony

I bought a 'tag carrera' when i was pissed in Thailand, about £80 or something. Looks good but I'll never ever wear it. Is it pretty much worthless?

Laughing out loud Shame you weren't in Cambodia. Could have got one for 14 bucks.

My 'rolex' lasted 6 months and then died Sad They did a pretty good job on the second hand too.

Easily better in terms of fake watches etc than Thailand imo. The main market in the capital was great fun if you're any good at the haggle. Part of the culture so you don't feel as much of a cunt.
