What is Arket? I'm a little confused, Is it a COS / uniqlo type place with the odd brand?

I believe it is owned by the H&M group but supposedly aimed at a slightly different market to Cos.

Yeah H&M trying to be fancy.
H&M is doing really bad at the moment and fast fashion is not something for the future,
so they are trying out different new ways to turn things around.
Also expect them to aggressively go into the world wide webshop biz.

Yeah regents street in H&M / scandi land.

I doubt they’re doing too bad they’ve taken over arguably the most popular shopping street in the world?

I tried on the lightweight parka yesterday and it's great value for money.

I think its a lot better than cos and I hope it does well, nearly everything in cos fits you bad if youre not very slim. I like that there's now a high street option for boring scandi clothes

Yeah weird that, you’d expect full size and colour run considering it’s in the clearance section
