Nothing, I've got a swolen throat and it hurts to swallow. It's keeping me awake aswell.

Jet, beef wellington. 1st attempt at cooking it pre-gravy could of been better but was still nice

Had some very nice lamb shanks the other day, nice winter food.

rural that looks good but wouldnt be making restaurant sized portions if i was cooking for myself, i'd starve.

Laughing out loud at hte little bit of green on the beef wellington plate, nice attempt though

I started off with the peri peri, then had the urge to sub it for some Heinz. That peri peri sauce is lovely though!
