Had steak last night, done ala jaime oliver (no cheeky chappy). Marinade in paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil. Cooked for 5 min total, after each minute, turn it over. Cut the tip off a garlic clove and stick it on a fork. After you turn it each time, rub it with the garlic. Actually one of the tastiest things I have eaten.
My Dad made it, lobster was still live, he killed an fried it as opposed to boiling it alive. Tasted really good actually. Hes a great cook and enjoys it so always experiments with different stuff through the week when cooking for the family for when his friends come round, cant complain
