Had steak last night, done ala jaime oliver (no cheeky chappy). Marinade in paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil. Cooked for 5 min total, after each minute, turn it over. Cut the tip off a garlic clove and stick it on a fork. After you turn it each time, rub it with the garlic. Actually one of the tastiest things I have eaten.

little lobster salad starter with chili and Coriander dressing, really tasty

Then wild Bore sausage glazed in honey, with mustard mash and red onion gravy. No pic though.

My Dad made it, lobster was still live, he killed an fried it as opposed to boiling it alive. Tasted really good actually. Hes a great cook and enjoys it so always experiments with different stuff through the week when cooking for the family for when his friends come round, cant complain Smiling

Lobster isn't that expensive if you buy direct from the docks.

Yeah was going to say Lobster isnt really that expensive if you're not buying it from a restraunt.. Suppose still not great value considering how much meat you get off them.
