Sick! Sick! Sick!

BAN!
so it's wrong to stick a steak on a foreman grill, but it's perfectly ok to mix soy sauce with bisto and serve with noodles?

i fucking despair Cry

I don't get why people drench their food in gravy..

Whats the point in having crispy roast potatos if they are just going to go soggy while swimming in gravy..?

its a working class thing alice mate, thats why you dont get it.
we been doing it for centuries. (hence it being more associated with northerners, cos they are generally the poorest people in the world)
do a google check to learn more on how we have lived thru the ages and how little we have changed to modern day. Eye-wink

it doesn't hang around long enough to go soggy….

I do it to my roast dinners too, but probably in much the same way that I enjoy rap music.

fail on putting everything in the pan DDD!

cook the (seasoned) steak first, then when it's resting, do the mush & egg in the juices.
