anyone going to marks and spencer anytime soon, you have to get this. (small mash is optional but goes so well with it)
epic and immense aint good enough words to describe this. whack it in for 45 minutes and it tastes so good. truss yeah.

What is the fat/salt content, it's usualy really high in M&S (and most other) processed food.

I thought you were doing more home-cooking now Noble ?

yeah i do nick, but that sort of thing is so easy when you are hanging and cant be arsed with any work or clearing up. (hence ill be eating that thursday for lunch after the arsenal liverpool game)
@ kane, think its about a four or five bob, but its supposed to be for two people, but one can muller it easy. loads of gravy with it as well which makes it for me.

I didn't take a picture, I'm sorry, but I just ate 5 large scrambled eggs on 4 pieces of toast with smoked salmon. Unfortunately now I can't move.

Just picked up that M&S meal looks beautiful and Nick its not actually too unhealthy bar the salt content which would be 42% RDA if you have the whole thing to yourself which I will.

That looks like it's pretty easy to make youself, it's basically casserole, what I'd do is make a huge pan of it, then potion it and freeze it so you can have it at a later date. Will probably end-up costing you about £1 a portion.
