Yeah, but it suprised me how juicy they actually are, normally things like that are a bit weak.

Can't get enough of these little fuckers. Like those "bit of an animal" things but without looking like you are sucking on a hermaphradites penis in a condom.

that marco p white ad where he makes the paste with a knorr stock cube and olive oil, and then pan fires the chicken has been driving me nuts, so i got some breast slices from marks and sparks this morning and had a go.
was fucking sickery dickery dock i swear.
i chopped the chicken up a bit up in the pan so they seared in the flavours more by the way
oh and thats a family pack of breast slices, so i should even pass the R meat amountage test. (even tho i couldnt eat it all)
added gravy of course.

It's part of the taste card thing so you get half price food. Dunno if it's worth going out your way for but it's a great little gaff in the city(barbican).

do you guys pay the membership for your tastecard, or just have one of those trials?

Does anyone in Scotland have an 02 contract and can check the discounts on the Taste Of Edinburgh festival for me?

I just got 2 normal tickets for £6 each, using the code TASTECARD funnily enough, but I heard a rumour that 02 have a promotion for the VIP tickets for £15.

If anyone is interested, the O2 code for the Taste of Edinburgh is "o2VIP", and that gives you VIP access & £15 worth of spending tokens for £15 plus booking fee, but the only spot available is Friday 12-4.

Anyone in Manchester can get a cityscene card. Not bad if you eat out a lot. Get half price at a fair few good restaurants. It usually works that the first time you visit, you get half off food, and then 25% off from then on. They have lots of places on their books as well.

I've been :

Opus one
Linen
Marriott V+A
Selfridges Moet Bar
City cafe

Think it's like £17 a year. Well worth it i reckon.
