Home made pizza
Gresham duck spring greens sweet potato mash and red wine jus
roast chix breast with french style peas and potato gratin
seabass with caper sauce breaded quails eggs and spinach with asparagus
teriyaki salmon noodles cashew nuts spring greens
pork fillet with julliene apples onion marmelade creamed potatoes and red wine jus
duck with red onion risotto and red wine jus
