You're a good Jewish boy, Duff.
Make a marinade with rosemary finely chopped, 1 crushed clove of garlic, Lemon juice olive oil and salt and pepper. Marinade the steaks for an hour or so, then seal both sides on a hot frying pan for 30 secs, then put under the grill for 7-8 minutes, turn throughout. It's nice with some braised fennel if you can be bothered.

Cheers, got this on the go, not a huge fennel fan, wanted to do some artichokes but none doing.

last couple of times had seabass and pork saltimboca respectively, all very nice
nothing groundbreaking but never had a bad meal there in London/Brighton/Leeds over the years

went to story deli on redchurch st for lunch yesterday, pizzas were pricey but dooooooap.
first up, sage & garlic roasted pumkin, taleggio, chorizo, chick peas, roasted sweet red onion & olives.
then had goats cheese, smoked ardennes ham, fig & olive tapenade (this was ridic), fresh red onion, capers & thyme. no piccy doe.

On a pizza tip, Zero Degrees in Blackheath is on point. Great pizzas, good price and they brew their own beer on site. Black lager is so good.
