the restaurant was on charring cross road near the astoria, i was just desperately seeking some half decent food and this place pulled their finger out. You couldnt order a cheesecake and their locations are spread across london and one in oxford. It was very nice though, decent digestive base, lovely cheesecake mixture reminicent of reeses and a thin layer of chocolate sauce on top drizzled in caramel sauce with pistachios sprinkled around. £3.50

OMG YES! I put sweet chilli dip on everything, after sampling pretty much everything out there I find the M&S one is the best. sweet chilli dip on a ready meal lasagne, guilty pleasure.

the best is sweet chilli and mayo on pizza tastes awesome give it a try

i had one of those cafe nero smoothies earlier. Very nice, but I think they might mix liquid nitrogen in behind the counter in that machine because they are so bloody cold.

For breakfast usually just lots of water and some fruit juice.

I eat whatever I fancy from waitrose for lunch about 2pm (6 items or less to avoid big queues) sometimes I eat something in the evening like sushi about 9 or 10pm.

Today for middle of day I had:

Chicken fajita, steak and cheese fajita, bag of grapes, tropicana esentials, and chocolate muffin, I still have a pack of rolo buiscuits but i nomrally spread them over a few days.

I've totally quit coke zero.
