Today;

Breakfast - one frosted flake but I scraped the frosting off (so just a cornflake I guess) but I threw it up anyway so no bother.

Lunch - a slim fast mixed with water but i didnt actually put the powder in ( dont wanna get fat)

Dinner - nothing because am going to the gym this evening.

(went to the gym and i was so hungry i drank jacuzzi water when no-one was looking)

Talk tomorrow#

I've never heard of them either, I bet they cost big £'s.
Though if you can't manage to warm-up a ready meal "manualy" you should be allowed to buy an oven, IMO.
