Just bought this book http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pitt-Cue-Co-Cookbook-Restaurant/dp/1845337565 and looking to make my own pickles.

Anyone have any experience of pickling or know a good place for decent pickle jars

mason jars work best, make sure you serilise them in the oven.
