Need some culinary help:
Bought some M&S chilli and lime chicken thighs, which are pre cooked so you can eat them hot or cold. I want the skin to be crisp but don't want to over cook them. Pack says cook in oven at 180 for 20 mins. Is my best bet to crisp the skin to put them in a frying pan skin side and then cook them as normal? thanks
I should add i tried cooking them just in the oven per the packs instructions and the skin wasn't crisp at all.

I would try the other way round but reduce the time in the oven slightly, 15 mins or so then quickly fry them in a hot pan

They're O'rrible Noble. Know loads of Yanks that work over here that love it up, suppose it reminds them of home.

Was actually going to splurge on the ten quid real sugar pepsi to try and like it, but they didnt have any in there for the first time ever, only cherry dr pepper or something like that.

Dark chocolate in chilli is good, gives it a really rich flavour. Never seen it in curry though.
