My local did a hot wing eating contest the other day with elevating levels of hotness. The hottest sauce was a custom batch brewed up by some website the landlord found. It cost 80 quid!

The bloke who came second shat himself in the bogs and the bloke who came first had to be taken to hospital Laughing out loud

Third place was this Thai guy who breezed the first rounds but took one sniff of the final one and bowed out.

Want me to ask where to get some?

Its done on scoville levels, higher the scoville level, the hotter.

I think there are all natural ones and then ones that have extracts and other ingredients.

I bought this from a chilli stall in Bath which was the hottest they had that was natural.

600,000 to 2,000,000 scovilles. I've not opened it yet though.

Tobasco is 2500 to 5000
Daves insanity sauce is 90,000 to 250,000

You can get ridiculous ones that are from extracts that seem actually dangerous.

This isn't natural but its 6,000,000 million scovilles so will be really horrible.

That trinidad scorpion used to be the hottest pepper in the world, think the hottest now is the moruga scorpion.

All those other unnatural sauces such as dave's insanity & blair's ultra death sauces are made from an extract. Makes the sauce taste metallic and is utterly shit. Best bet is to go all natural, and for example that Hot Headz sauce above should do the trick. Has the actual flavor of the chili plus the burn builds up steadily.

It was nuts. The guy who was taken to hospital's face swelled up like he'd been pepper sprayed.

The landlord offered me a taste of the hottest sauce so I put a pinhead's worth on my finger. He immedientely tells me to half the tiny amount that I've taken and starts pouring me a glass of milk. It was basically poison.
