aberdeen angus burgers on ciabatta with crispy bacon, iceberg lettuce, garlic mayo, spicy tomato chutney and stilton then on the side goose fat roast potatoes with black pepper, garlic and rosemary….. seriously good!

Burgers on ciabatta is a pet hate, doesn't work imo.

Looks very nice apart from that.

Fair enough, pends on how you do the ciabatta I think
This is one of the m&s bake at home ones, supposed to cook for 8-10
I did this for 5 with a drizzle of olive oil
So it's lightly toasted but still fairly soft but not spongey, was absolutely bang on

Just spotted this on facebook. This is the accompanying blurb:

"This is a genuine breakfast from a cafe in Great Yarmouth that my mate told me about. Its called the "Kids breakfast" because it weighs the same as a small child @ 10 pounds!! It costs 15 quid and If you eat it within 60 minutes you get it for free…..noone has ever finished it!!"
