Fairly easy to get a cracked copy of Route66 for free satnav, plus got the latest software today and the camera is much faster. Believe the 8gb one has that broadband speed internet access, and wifi, best of both worlds.
speaking from experience if you take out a contract where your monthly spend is about £30 a month they put you as a "select" customer, which basically means you get extra perks when you come to upgrade (this yaear they gave e £10 off any tariff they do for new customers and gave the viewty for free ona 12 month contract). i know the monthly tariff is a fiver more if youre on the 12 month but how much were they asking for you to pay for the phone? because it might work out ok in the long run when you come to upgrade.
I just checked my bills, it looks like i've been with o2 since Summer 2003. Since then I've never really bartered or haggled with my contract.
For the past 12 months I've been on 500mins/500txt for £35.
o2 has for same price £35 600mins/1000txt
How firm do you have to be? How realistic should I be in getting a better deal than this from them?
I know of 2 ppl with t-mobile who have been with them for long enough to be offered half price on their existing tariff as a loyalty thing.
Do i need to ask to speak to a supervisor threatening to go with another network?
Advice greatly welcome.

Anyone got a Nokia N95? I need a reasonable phone for business and this looks feature packed but I've heard some bad reviews.
Edit - just looked and there's an 8GB version that looks much improved (better battery / more RAM) fuck knows when it'll be on T-Mobile though.
