CP's always hit the sales at some point. They are gone very quick but if you pay attention it's rather easy to snatch that one pair you wanted up for half off. Wouldn't bother with the knock-offs.

Just get Stans in the sale all white or classic colours and rotate every 6 months for new ones.
Use crep protect and the cleaner stuff and get a years wear for like £40 if you get the sneaks in the sale
If you spend £400 on white trainers they will get fucked just as quick anyway

why are you here?

I bought a pair true to size and backed them- too big. Went half a size down and was still getting heel slip and couldn't have gone smaller as they would have been too narrow and would have murdered my toes. Backed them too and have now given up.

What do you drop the big money on then Fuzzy? I guarantee everything you buy can be sourced elsewhere cheaper with poorer construction/materials.

People talking about copping COS ones for £80 when real CP's are only a shade over that in the right sale Laughing out loud

Cheapest I've ever found the whites for in my size is about £240… slightly more than a shade over £80

i got two white pairs for 150 euros 2-3 years ago, but instagram? changed that in the last year. the og cws don't get in the sale anymore but if u can wait for some codes u can still get them 25-30% off retail.
that cos argument is on point and even if u pay around 200 euros with a code u can sell them used for 150…not sure how much used cos shoes go for but i guess it's not much?
beside that, the quality of the cos version is not bad for the money.

I get the point EB, we all spend money on shit we don't really need or buy expensive versions of stuff you can get cheaper I just personally don't see the value in super expensive plain white trainers that's all or a change in quality that justifies it, not even CP's specifically. I guess its only the same as me buying a new EG Bedford every season like a crack addict because I like the detachable buttons (that ive never ever detached) or the triple stitching.

Also swede why are you here? no decent housemate stories recently so whats the use in ya? Laughing out loud
