I've heard a lot of bad stories about stockx lately, their customer service is supposed to be a joke.

I sent them a pair that were in the wrong size which was my error and they returned them free of charge within 2 days. When they had the London pop up it was even easier and you didn’t have to pay shipping

I think it's a known issue with these unfortunately (but that helps your position), I had some purchased via Offspring and they refunded no questions asked 5 months+ after purchase. Would try retailer first as usually easier.

Mine did the same thing. They should discontinue the line it’s a joke.
Stock X is the simplest solution if you're an 'every now and then' reseller.
You pay for the relative ease and the sale prices reflect that somewhat.
It's frustrating if it goes wrong (eg. they don't verify your item), but in my experience they kind of get that. I had the postage / fees completely refunded on the one occasion (out of 20+ sales) that they wouldn't verify my item - they didn't like the stitching on a BOGO I'd purchased from Supreme.
I've personally never had any problems selling direct either (FB Groups, Forums etc) but if it goes wrong in that instance, you're f*cked.

I’ve sold quite a few pairs and no issues, like others have said you pay for the ease and not having to deal with 100 people saying ‘TrADeS 4 YEEzy?!’ I've heard a lot of bad stories about stockx lately, their customer service is supposed to be a joke.

Yeah I was going to send an email with pictures but their site is quite shite in regards to contact us, wouldn’t be that bothered but have only worn them to walk to town and back a few times and just noticed the hole the other day. Was going to be buying another pair anyway but in another colour but now thinking of just buying a pair of new balance made in England for almost the same price, problem is I love them and the simplicity. Anything similar for less than a ton?
Bought a pair of tailwind 79 at the start of lockdown, been worn maybe less than 7 times and have discovered a hole in the side of the sole, can almost put my finger right through it. Can I complain to Nike or footshop where I purchased them or do i just buy a new pair?
