I read about guys on CT buying shoulder pads from a haberdashers and sticking them in the toe boxes of their Safaris to prevent the creasing. I think they even went to the effort of sewing them in?
You can use 'shoe trees' while wearing your shoes, but it fucks up your feet from what I've heared (never tried it myself though).
If your shoes already has the creases, you can iron most of the creases out (see youtube for any tutorials).
But other than that there's nothing you can do about it actually. Just live with it.
