Still looking for some non-shit leather hitops and would like some recommendations. I like those Buttero hitops, but resent paying their asking price knowing that the Aberdeen climate will wreck them in no time.

Think you will struggle to find a decent waterproof running shoe nice enough to wear for anything other than running. Get those hypershields, and some flyknits for knocking about in imo.

Trainers used for any sort of fitness activity should be kept for just that - they should never see a hem, turn up or pin roll.

I thought that when I got some lunars, wear them sometimes now but not exclusively. 90's, 95's, flyknits, presto's all get worn to the gym. I'm only ever lifting weights though so not running in them.

I buy trainers specifically for fitness or for casual wear, never even been tempted to wear them out once they've been tainted by the gym.

Couldn't live with the shame of being seen by a bird from the gym down the boozer wearing the kicks that she'd seen me sweating in earlier in the day.
