Allow the dm's tbh. I'll pair mine with some washed denim and stan smiths.

i like bedales, internaionals and the quilted ones, but internationals are 100% the one i see people wearing the most often around town.

It's still just a sea of AA hoodies and plaid underneath barbour jackets, with skinny jeans with either boat shoes or vans, sometimes desert boots.

Seeing a lot more workwear, like chunkier red wing boots or trickers and fisherman type jackets, rather than smarter, slimmer cotton coats. It also seems to help to have a matching girlfriend.

Internationals are well common round here, more so than Bedales/Beauforts.

Saw somebody with a t-shirt with HENLEYS written on the front in massive writing and 96 taking up the whole of the back of the t-shirt. What's the significance of 96?

Did they ever go away ?

MA1's and DM's have been around for ever, they are never "in" or "out" of faashion, they're just there, like Levis jeans.

Varsitys are already in Topman, have been for a months or so. Heard the store numptys doing a stock check the other day and mentioning to other store numpty how they sold 100's over the weekend and can't keep up with demand. There grey bodied with black leather look arms and a large A on the chest for about £40. Am yet to see one on the street however.

Topman's been full of nylon MA-1-type jackets for ages, couple of years at least.

I just do it according to what shoe I'm wearing - like in some cases I'll be wearing a runner and if I DONT pin em then they swap they swamp the shoe.

I havent gone for the major ankle show. Yet.

Well funny to see this whole safety pin / hair band thing is catching on. Well funny / shit.

different colour in each shoe seems to be popular in Shefield, I suspect it goes hand-in-hand with the new students all having green/red/pink hair.

I think topman is to blame but people are still wearing those damn tees with neon trim.

I remember a few years ago I thought of making some tees like that. Then I realised it would look shit. And the high street have proved this point.

Round these parts it wouldn't be construed as gay/camp… a lot of of the gay community seems to be clinging onto its bootcuts for dear life.
