^ Then go back to being Doodle Duck Dandy!
Yeah, DDD used to be the most excitable and rock n roll poster on here!
first one for me…anyone who picks number two is a closet gay who dreams of having their anus penetrated…and that is a fucking FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Noble is the truth LOL.
gotta disagree here, girls who dont believe they are fit are 100% more likely to take it up the shitbox, girl number two clearly has no self esteem thus making her a good choice IMO.

Like how alot of people on her feel about Bathing Ape, hero to zero in a very short space of time owing to OTT designs and crappy celebrity endorsement. There's no brand loyalty in fashion, the fashionista is a fluid animal with the principles of Judas

The difference that you're not getting is that Bape actively changed it's aesthetic to appeal to the hip-hop cheese market that embraced it. I could quite happily go on rocking Ian Brown era bape no matter who was wearing it if it had maintained it's original aestheic. But the catch 22 is that if it had then no shite rappers are gonna be head to toe in subtle military-inspired Bape.

True individuality is not possible unless you live a life in total solitude.
All we have are toss ups between connotations to clothing items/brands and the actual design element of a peice of clothing. We choose between these in association to the value of money/time we give to each item.
A person that belongs to the "Dior" group, if we can look at it so black and white, may choose Dior jeans for various reasons such as:
-They think Dior has positive reassurance through the price.
-They are being what they consider as different. (disassociating themselves from other groups)
-The look the brand represents.
-They appreciate the attention to detail and fit.
Even though people label them as belonging to a 'Dior' group this only defines them to a certain degree. Since they also belong to a mish mash of other groups. Some may like footie and some may like flower arranging. These are personal preferences and its up to the individual as to what degree they show (through clothing here) their preferences in the life they have.
I guess the point is that people aren't absolute and this causes problems when looking at groups and people in such a generic manor.
By the way anyone that wears BAPE is a fuckin cunt…

I guess what I personally find annoying is when the group starts to strongly influence the individuals so much that you start gettin people that are more like carbon copies. Which I guess in turn builds the connotations for the group.
Fuck it… I'm going to go buy some clothes for short term happiness and so I can increase the chances of gettin my willy wet.

The most obvious thing I can think to relate it to is women.
Would you rather choose the big titted, orange, blonde strutting down the street, she thinks she is it, she craves the attention.Oceana is her playground. You'd probably shag her and catch something and realise a week later she's an annoying slag and not care because there you have seen her type before.
Or do you do for the one on the other side of the road with a sort of awkward beauty. She is gorgeous but she doesn't need to let you know you can just tell from a glance. There is just something about her that you won't forget for the rest of the day and would go back to find her again.

And then when the smaller group gains in popularity and along with it comes negative connotations, the aspirational individuals are forced to find another group and claim to have never has any association with the previous smaller group. This formula can be applied to fans of smaller, underground bands who find popularity.
