not where i live in particular but out and about london and some suburbs - poor russel brand / the horror impersonators, stripe sweatshirts - in particular the yellow/grey colourway, lonsdale haha, over baggy cotton trackies sported by both males and females ocassionaly with hands placed down the front of the waistband instead of the pockets.

They are ok if they are cut well but I hate the thick square cut trucker style denim jackets

actually, i completely forgot, it doesnt annoy me much, but i have seen loads of kids with pinrolls, dont really understand how they work, do they put an elastic band in the roll or something? it isnt always skinny jeans though, i have seen skaters with them etc.

you cant pinroll skinny jeans. proper pinrolling is what you do on looser jeans and it just involves folding them in a certain way so they stay tight at the bottom to show off your head heats. there was a good guide on CT on how to do it, so that you keep the selvage visible.

superfuture people seem to think pinrolling means you cuff your jeans so they become ankle flashers though.

Firstly we must check where the edge is. Turn up your jeans slightly to check how much you need to roll:

Next we need to start folding back the denim. Make sure you fold from the back to the front, like shown:

Now hold it against your ankle to make sure you roll it tight and not loose:

Of course at this point, remember to do roughly the same with the inside side of the jeans!

Now it's time to fold up the denim once more, to get the 'stay tight' locking mechanism sorted:

You now have a pinroll! Of course you can fold once more if you want the length a bit shorter but it will probably look pretty fat, so this way is best.

I only pinroll when I go out to skate other than that it looks kinda off going to town or something.
