work as in, wear with a suit and tie? Charles Tyrwhitt trumps everywhere in terms of price, construction, collar type and fabric selection.

Anywhere selling decent tattersall shirts for under a ton? Gitman/Beams+/EG all have nice ones this season, but all too expensive for me. Do Uniqlo not normally release tattersall shirts?

Uniqlo had tattersall flannels in last month in store.

Call the Clarks factory shops in woolwich and Peckham, they had some a while back and constantly restock, 44.99

What are their button down oxfords like compared with uniqlo or Ralph? What's the fit and fabric like?

Oliver Spencer do a very similar pair - seen them instore on Lambs Conduit.
