dropped my cartier down the side of a 7 foot cupboard to which there is no access. managed to fish out the watch using coat hangers Laughing out loud the glass has popped out though - any idea how much it costs to get the glass replaced? very annoying

As people often ask for a budget option round here - http://www.contentstorelondon.com/collections/new-arrivals/products/ss15-m3005?mc_cid=2632f920e5&mc;_eid=b11172b3b2 this looks great for the money IMHO.

Bought myself a CWC G10 and am very happy with it. Did a bit of digging when I was in the market for a watch and found out that the general view on MWC among the watch community is they're crap.

Cheap movement with plastic surround. Marketed as issued to field and have government contracts which is a lie. Not worth the money.

Compared my CWC G10 with my friends MWC G1O and the differences in quality are obvious.

Tried this on at Schiphol. Works out just over £2200, amazing price for the watch you get. Great if you want something a little different.

Actually much prefer this than the SD. SD felt small
Black bay works out sbout £1600.
Also had Seadweller and deepsea in stock still.

I agree Tudor are putting out some appealing watches but that one is fuck-ugly in my opinion.

I had a play around with one today too, as you rightly point out its incredibly fiddly to use. However, it will be interesting to see how it evolves and develops over the years.

It's a lovely, well designed item but the battery life is a joke, I would probably get one if it wasn't for that

I really liked it on the Milanese loop. But like HW said, never go for first gen. I also didn't like the dial, too fiddly when on the wrist. Navigating the home screen is a pain as well. Can't see myself having one.
