@ discobobulated, for a Speedy or any Omega for that matter go pre owned as you take such a haircut if you ever want to move them on. For the Speedie I would be inclined to go vintage and as Wembley said throw it on a Nato. Get Hesalite and not Sappahire if you do go modern.

Didn’t say I was going to pull the trigger…so I guess I’ll go back to my original question… any decent sub 1k GMTs?

If it meant waiting another year to save more I would be inclined to do this instead of getting a CW. I’d go Seiko over CW to be honest.

Im on a couple of waiting lists for the GMT too though my local one said it would be a 3 year wait Eek

fuck I went into my ad today and they said 2-3 year wait! can't believe I was so naive to think it would be easy to get my hands on it…

Yeah, it’s ridiculous. Presume that’s Central London Swede? It isn’t as bad elsewhere but still waiting times for it in most major European cities.

I really like it. What I meant to say was that I think it will look good where I have to wear a suit to work.

Got an issue with my Tudor BB which is still under warranty. Can I take to any AD or just the one I bought from?

Any, but if they need to send it to Tudor it'll be gone for a while.

Any Wear OS (Android) watches about that don't look shit?
