there's a visible gap between the top left lug and the end link, another example of being overly polished unfortunately

Actually just swapped it out for the Nato actually as i didn't like the fit with the bracelet. The pelagos LHD is huge, looked ridiculous on my wrist but such a lovely watch.
Not that i'm aware, mines 41mm.
That last one I posted is 7, not 9 and I've been into Pepsi's since my pal got one for 3k almost a decade ago,
I get that it's hype now but it's a watch that 1. I really like the look of, and 2. will hold its value like crackajack said above. I already have Rolex's I wear because I like the look of them, this is half investment half to wear. I can't wear it everyday anyway because I live in London and I'll just get stabbed in the neck if I'm flaunting it.

The market has gone mad, I picked up a Batman in December for £9k, they’re now going for £15k+
I would never be scared to wear anything in London, 1) you should be insured at that value & 2) the amount of seriously high end stuff (Richard Mille, Patek etc) that you see being worn makes your Rolex look rather average

A friend picked up a sub date for something like 8.25k and was telling me it was a great deal in the current market on his wrist immediately. Madness at the moment.
I've seen the SD43 going for 9k recently which if you can get on with the size might end up a future classic in my humble opinion.

my point was, paying 9 grand for a 26 year old gmt isn't great value, it's not 'worth' that despite that being the market price. just think about it… brand new ones go for 7 grand (still high), you're willing to pay 2 grand more for one thats 26 years old, and taking on all the problems that come with that… polished case, stretched bracelet, unknown history etc.
but like best said, the market is madness… im sure you'll be able to sell it for more in the future if you ever decide to
tudor is going the same way with the BB58. im hoping they release a gmt version next baselworld which i'll pick up, but i refuse the nonsense of paying above retail for watches
