Funnily enough read that same thing on reddit this morning.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Watches/comments/hgtw30/tudor_new_black_bay_58_with_blue_bezel_and_dial/?utm_source=share&utm;_medium=ios_app&utm;_name=iossmf

Will probably be a looker. If I didn’t have chunky 19 cm wrists I’d be interested but it’s going to look tiny on me.

I have been eyeing up a deep stream VC for a few months now, I saw a 47040 with the titanium bezel and loved the contrast, saw one for sale a couple months ago and wasn't sure about the market with covid so passed, but regret it slightly now!
But for a holy trinity watch maker the value is astounding on the grey market when compared with the other 2.

Is that the one on Tz-Uk? It’s just been put up for sale again.

These three are the holy trinity as watch collectors would attest, Overseas is well known and appreciated by many Jords

I'm really bored with the blue bb58. I like the original, but not enough to buy it. Tudor bezel and dial colors in general are always toned down and matte, too boring for me.

^ agree. wish they had gone for the shade of blue on the smiley face BB

EDIT: bezel looks the same, must be the dial that makes it a bit flat

This is my 47040 and I really like it. It's absolute value in the current AP / PP / VC market too.

Allow the incorrect date.

Waited for the BB58 option and it’s shite. Going for the old one now I think.

Does look nice, and as you say good VFM compared with AP/PP. Really tempted by these, really nice one sold on TZ last week whilst I was mulling it.

The main issue with VC is that it belongs to Richemont. It's rather easy to find an overseas in the yearly staff private sale for 50-60÷ off the rrp.
