Have the straightener, shake hands over an afternoon tea then enjoy a guided tour of the some of the fine Cotswold 'wool churches'. What a wonderful way to spend a day Cool

These threads are like a reality show where you have to return for the next installment.

What are the chances to get a Rolex Yachtmaster 37 directly from an AD in the UK atm?
It caught my eye recently. Doesn’t seem too popular either.

Should be able to get one of them fairly easily. Try some AD’s that are less in secondary locations. I.e not in London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Birmingham. I’ll pm you my AD contact in Manchester too for you to try.

For a YM 37? Puzzled Saw some on display a year ago without really looking for watches. Even Explorer and Explorer 2 but that was a bit lucky I think.

// was actually Rolex in kdw, not sure if those are owned by Wempe.

Just got the call that the Tudor Royal 41mm in blue I put my name down for 2 weeks ago is ready from the white city shop. Went for the diamond dot version. I know there’s some hate but it looks good in the pics and worst come I’ll flip it.

Interested to hear how you get on with this one. I initially didn't like them at all but they are growing on me as I see more pics.

I called them for a regular datejust 36mm last year, they told me they had 1 in their branch in Hamburg but it was already reserved. I called bullshit and got it elsewhere. I am not sucking any ADs ass to be able go buy a regular watch. Just saw grey market prices for the yachtmaster are already 3k above retail, will have to wait till lockdown ends until I can call up ADs. The Rolex situation has seriously become ridiculous…
