Because this watch wasn’t made to be worn on a bracelet there wasn’t much room to get a tool in without potentially scratching the lugs, she tried a couple of times but then didn’t want to risk it.

To be fair I’d spend money on watches but can’t do Visvim prices these days. For any jersey products especially I know the margins they’re making even with the specialist dyes must be astronomical. Outside of my work stuff most what I wear is Uniqlo.

Whereas I am buying Visvim because I'll never be able to afford Patek. Laughing out loud

Really nice piece though regardless.

Congratulations on the Calatrava! My favourite release this year so far along with the 5236P! Wear it in good health.

That's an interesting comparison. What's the margin on a £20k watch?

Pressage 60s Style has some results, not sure that is out here yet (or it's sold out).

I’m guessing to the AD around 40% which is still nearly 5 figures. Margin from true cost price to RRP I have no idea but I imagine the production cost is a fraction of the retail.

No accent on ‘Genève’; literally unwearable.

Just kidding of course, she’s a beauty.

Anyone feeling the ceramic black bay? I like it but it would be too big for me.

Still waiting for my OP call up.
Didn’t someone say they would be giving them away in corn flakes by this time in 2021?

not sure actually. I think they had released as I asked to see one.
But the whole experience was the least welcoming extension to the world of luxury.
on a par with hiring a car in Bosnia.

Sounds like dealers still aren’t getting many of them and the demand is high. I asked for the yellow 41mm, green 36mm and pink 31mm on the day they were announced and got my yellow 41mm in December. Should pick up the green 36mm tomorrow and no sign of the 31mm. I actually saw the 31mm pink in mappin & webb not long after release but wanted to buy from my usual dealer as I thought the 31mm would be easy to get.
