My money's on fudge

Haha no chance I’m wearing that plastic piece of crap thank you.

I do now think it raises the profile of the Speedy and Omega in general though.. might be good news for Omega fanboys that.

Would fear for my life getting to the station with one.

4:30 to 10:30 ish annoyingly. I would have loved to grab one but the morons took over. I only saw a handful come out of the store with watches. The people around me were very nice and seemed like genuine buyers, one guy had a nautilus on!
Swatch seemed absolutely underprepared, no security at all, just a couple of Saturday kids in the shop. Surely they should have looked to the trainer world for how to manage this properly.

Damn. That's pretty brutal to come away with nothing. But at least you are safe and got to hang out with some fellow watch enthusiasts. Hearing someone got stabbed for queue jumping. Swatch are total amateurs for this sort of thing so doesn't surprise me.
Think everyone that wants one will get one in the coming few weeks. This was an event just to create more hype.

Not being funny but can I ask what possessed you to wait for 6 hours in a queue of people for a watch that will be available more readily in a month or so?
Genuine question.
There’s got to be a psychological study to be done of this form of human behaviour.
Mass formation psychosis?

Also worth noting for those planning on queuing tomorrow, one London store hasn’t been mentioned in any of the Instagram / forum posts yet
This didn’t age well.

Yes that’s a collector being anal. But I’m not standing in queues for 10 hours for even one of those.
This is £200 plastic watch with a shitty battery.
Hardly a worthy comparison.
Still in the queue? Oh I forgot, you’re not into watches, just stalking this thread for me for some weird reason.

But Best didn't queue for 10 hours. Nothing wrong with turning up at 4:30am IF the queue doesn't look that crazy already and thinking you'll cop something come 9am. Had as long delays for flights at the airport just to go on holiday.

Oh and if i’m dropping 3 figures on plastic, I’d rather it’s an actual quality product.

I agree you are anal
I agree your mother also loves anal.

Managed to nab the Mission to Moon one! Think it’s the steel version with a slightly better movement inside. Can’t tell really.

Not being funny but can I ask what possessed you to post some expensive sunglasses no-one cares about in the watch thread?
Genuine question.

Narcissistic psychosis?

The comparison was between 2 plastic product that are each supposedly worth three figures. If that was lost on you then I apologise profusely. Now back to that queue. Shall I drop some lunch off to you?
