People are very funny about buying anything non ‘hype’ because they think for the same money or maybe just a bit more you could have got a Rolex or something. I’ve got two JLCs and they’re both insanely amazing for the price but I’ve only ever seen one chap wearing a JLC in the wild.

I think more now than ever that people only buy a watch for others to notice. Hence the preference for a Rolex over something like GS.

JLC the most underrated brand IMO. Don't think I'd ever splash the cash on an mega watch, but I'd be tempted by the ultra thin Reverso

Really like the Black Bay but I feel the ‘CHRONOMETER and OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED’ text is too low on the dial? Hence why I bought the ETA Smiley version..

Not much Panerai love on here? I love this piece… considering getting the blue dial 1033 now…. Just so different from most other watches on the market.. plus the second hand prices are pretty good.

It’s 45mm but definitely wears smaller due to the case shape and height…
