hey, there is a belt but it's not tied. it's sorta buckled together at the back, but not tight; the way it was when i bought it.

i'm all for the army surplus, bin doing for a while but couldn't see anything to my taste and got impatient.

it fits very well, though maybe the sleeves are a bit baggy. why are they designed like that - especially when most people who're looking for something like this are looking for something fitted.

also in dublin - the second hand places are usually decent - tough to find sizes though - eager beaver and similar. actually most of the decent leather jackets i've seen in dublin are in these places unless you've cashflow for diesel or whatever.

Having played Max Payne religiously years ago I came to really like trenchcoats. The bad guys wear the khaki coloured variety, specifically in the underground carpark level.

I like the look of Burberry trenches. Steve Jones was wearing a black one on T4 2 weeks ago and it looked shit on him.

i got a nice short pea coat from reiss last year, pretty sure they had a longer version as well, and around your price mark as well, might be worth a look in there.

Winter coats are not needed for me anymore. Still I had to have that Dries number.

Im only saying I dont need one though as Im based in the middle east and now going to be in Australia for 6 months.

i went in tk max today had loads of wool pea coats around the the 100 mark - some really good quality ones nice and soft might be worth checking out

anyone know what the sizing is like on the cheap monday parkas?

theres 3 or 4 jackets on the site mate. Just depends what kind of style you want eg. lambskin Leather jacket , the short trench , the parka one or the m65 military style one. They're all under winter 08
